This Distance Sales Contract (“Agreement”) is entered into between Spica Technology and Industry (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) who places an order through the website.

• For in-stock products, standard processing and shipping times apply
• For pre-order or custom products, delivery timelines will be communicated to the Buyer after purchase

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

• The Buyer may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product
• The product must be unused and in original condition

Exceptions:

• Custom-made or special-order products
• Pre-order items (unless defective)

7. Returns and Refunds
